The term Lurker can refer to one of three things: Either an unregistered member or member who does not post, the antagonists of the Lurker Wars stories, or the user.
Unregistered/Lurking Member:
A Lurker is the name given to those who view the forums without posting. They either do this by not making an account, or by making an account and simply not posting.
They can be scorned for their lack of involvement in the community.
Lurker Wars:
The Lurker Wars series has an ever deepening mythology surrounding the antagonists of this series, including physical appearance, organization, mental capabilities, and thought processes. They have developed various forms and are a ruthless enemy.
